The Kalmanson Gallery is part of the Emanuel Arts Council, Swainsboro, Georgia, housed in the Emanuel Arts Center, a renovated church.  Although Swainsboro is a small town, it is home to both East Georgia College and a phenomenal art scene!  We have an art incubator sponsored by The Georgia Rural Economic Development Center, which funds Gallery RFD and helps support our monthly Second Saturday Art Stroll.  The Stroll, from 5-8pm,  involves the Kalmanson, RFD, and six other venues for exhibiting art, such as restaurants, photography studios, etc., as well as a musical event from 8-9:30pm. Artists' receptions are on the second Saturday of each month, as part of the Stroll.  You can check us out at www.emanuelarts.org and www.galleryrfd.org
